Terms & Conditions — LAB Studios

By using LAB Studios’ website, mobile app, or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

All classes, appointments, and events must be booked through our website, mobile app, or authorized platforms. Availability is subject to change.

Cancellations

Class cancellations must be made prior to the scheduled cancellation window. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions or applicable fees.

Workshops, trainings, and special events may have separate cancellation policies and may be non-refundable.

Memberships

Memberships automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Members are responsible for managing their bookings and cancellations within the applicable timeframes.

Class Packs

Class packs are non-refundable and expire according to the terms specified at purchase.

Unused classes do not carry forward unless otherwise stated.

Waitlists

If you are added from a waitlist, you are responsible for attending or cancelling within the cancellation window.

Payments

All purchases are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorize applicable charges.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Studio Policies

LAB Studios reserves the right to:

  • Modify class schedules

  • Change instructors

  • Cancel classes

  • Adjust services

Health & Safety

By attending classes, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and you assume all risks associated with physical activity.

You agree to inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions.

Mobile App Usage

By using our mobile app, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Maintain login security

  • Use the app only for legitimate bookings

  • Not misuse or disrupt services

Liability

LAB Studios is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages resulting from participation in classes or use of our facilities.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
