Health and Fitness Data
Workout Metrics is an optional feature in the LAB Studios mobile app. If you choose to enable it and grant permission through Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iOS, our app accesses health and fitness data, such as heart rate and calories burned, solely to display workout metrics for classes you have taken.
This data is accessed and processed on your device. It is not transmitted to, stored, or retained by LAB Studios or our app provider, Mariana Tek. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. The uses and restrictions described in this section apply specifically to health and fitness data accessed through Workout Metrics.
You can revoke the app’s access at any time through the permissions settings in Health Connect or Apple Health.
Our use of information received from Health Connect complies with Google’s applicable Health Connect permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

These retention practices do not apply to health and fitness data accessed through Workout Metrics, which is processed on your device and is not retained by LAB Studios or Mariana Tek.

For health and fitness data accessed through Workout Metrics, you can manage the app’s permissions through Health Connect or Apple Health. Revoking access does not itself delete data held by those platforms; you can manage that data through their respective settings.

Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
